 How To Make Seamoss Gel

1. Soak the sea moss in a bowl of cool filtered or spring water for 12-48 hours to soak. Don’t use tap water and bear in mind it will absorb a significant amount of water.
2. When the sea moss is completely hydrated, place one cup of water in a blender for every ounce of sea moss used. Blend the mixture until it attains the consistency of a gel.
3. Place the gel in a sealed glass container and store in the refrigerator. It’s best to use the gel within three days of its creation. Alternately, the gel can be frozen into cubes and kept in the freezer until needed for smoothies and other beverages.
